Meet the Life of the Culinary Logic Party

Jason Baratta, Founder of Culinary Logic, is a serial entrepreneur in the food and beverage industry. Born in Manhattan and raised in the hospitality industry he began his culinary career in his aunt’s restaurant at the age of 14, spending the mornings before school at the fish market getting the freshest selections of the day and the evenings learning the ropes at dinner service. Since then, Jason has owned and operated dining establishments and night spots from Manhattan to Miami to Las Vegas ranging from casual quick serve sandwich or pizza joints to finer steak and seafood establishments. For the last decade, Jason has focused on outdoor food and festival production for world-renowned events including Coachella, Life Is Beautiful and Burning Man feeding thousands of people and managing operations for up to as many as 50 food vendors at one time. Founded in 2013, Culinary Logic is uniquely suited to mobilize quickly and efficiently, providing a myriad of services and resources unmatched in the industry.
